Printable calendar sheets

Printable sheets were the treaty between the computer and the front desk. The computer made the grid. The desk fixed the grid.

Weekly appointment grid
Four working columns, 30-minute rows. Good for a small office, poor for long notes.

Reschedule log
Old date, new date, reason, initials. Boring, which is exactly why it helped.

Sheet	Best use	Ellen's complaint
Weekly grid	Seeing open slots at a glance.	Too little room for anything after the name.
Daily call-back list	Keeping phone work separate from appointments.	People wrote appointment changes in the margin anyway.
Recurring worksheet	Planning several dates before entering them.	Always needed one more row.
Cancellation sheet	Listing open times after calls.	Had to be rewritten when the printer jammed. Naturally.
