My name is Ellen Price. I worked reception for years, which means I have moved more appointments than I can count and heard every possible version of "can we make that Thursday instead?"

I kept old appointment books, printed daily lists, reminder card blanks, pocket calendar notes, and bits of scheduling software documentation because they show the practical side of calendar design. A system can look perfect until the first call of the morning.

Collection policy

I do not post private records, real names, or live office data. The examples here are generic recreations or blank formats. I am interested in cramped boxes, recurrence choices, print layouts, and the marks people used to keep a changed schedule readable.
